Michael Cordani

Chief Executive Officer, Director, Co-Founder

Michael Cordani, Chief Executive Officer, has 20 years of management experience and creative entrepreneurship help him guide his professional team at GelTech Solutions’ headquarters and among its distributors and representatives across America and overseas. He closely collaborates with top financiers and led GelTech's initial stock offering in conjunction with legal counsel. He is GelTech’s primary contact with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and oversees the company’s regulatory and compliance duties. Beyond supervising GelTech’s fundraising and investor relations, he enjoys overall responsibility for its marketing, sales, customer-service, and research & development functions.

Peter Cordani

Chief Technology Officer, Director, Co-Founder

Peter is the the research project coordinator, Inventor and the driving force behind all the innovative products and ideas that make up GelTech Solutions Intellectual property portfolio.  Peter oversees the startup capital and coordinates the R & D Initiatives with our group of world class scientist and advisors. Some of Peter's past accomplishments include, becoming the first person to manipulate and dissipate an abrupt building thunderstorm from the Doppler radar system. He is also the first person to patent a method for modifying weather.  Mr. Cordani is the Inventor of 8 patented products.  He has created, designed, prototyped, and patented products for both retail and industrial applications.

Michael R. Hull, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mike became our full time Chief Financial Officer on September 1, 2011, having fulfilled that role for the Company on a contract basis since March 2008 while working for WSR Consulting, Inc. From January 2008 through August 2011, Mike was Managing Director - CFO Services at WSR Consulting, Inc. which provided CFO and Controllership services to small public companies.  Prior to joining WSR Consulting, Mike was CFO for BabyUniverse, an internet retailer trading on NASDAQ.  Mike has been a CFO of small public companies for 12 years and spent 11 years with Price Waterhouse in South Florida and internationally in their audit practice.

 

Michael Reger 

Chief Operating Officer

 

Michael Reger has been a partner of III Associates (“III”) and AVM, L.P. (“AVM”) for over 20 years.  III is a registered investment advisor focused on managing global fixed income hedge funds and AVM is an institutional broker dealer.  Prior to joining III and AVM, Mr. Reger had a distinguished career serving in various capacities for J.P. Morgan, including Proprietary Trading and Market Making in U.S. Securities in New York, Head of U.S. Treasury Trading in London, Cross-Market Government Arbitrage Book in London and Head of Global U.S. Swap Book.
