Cordani is the research project coordinator, Inventor and the driving force behind all the innovative products and ideas that make up GelTech Solutions Intellectual property portfolio. Cordani oversees the startup capital and coordinates the R & D Initiatives with our group of world class scientists and advisors. Some of Cordani's past accomplishments include, becoming the first person to manipulate and dissipate an abrupt building thunderstorm from the Doppler radar system. He is also the first person to patent a method for modifying weather. Cordani is the Inventor of 8 patented products. He has created, designed, prototyped, and patented products for both retail and industrial applications.
Reger became a director on October 1, 2013. Since his retirement over five years ago, Reger has been an active investor. Since his son Michael Reger has been an investor in GelTech, Reger has consulted with management on GelTech’s operations (without compensation). Reger was selected as a director because of his 45 years of business and management experience.
Phil D. O’Connell, Jr.
Partner, Ciklin Lubitz Martens McBane & O'Connell
O'Connell is a well-respected Palm Beach County attorney and named partner at Ciklin, Lubitz, & O’Connell. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. from 1985 to 2011. O’Connell has served for seven years on the Executive Council of the Economics of Law Practice Committee of the Florida Bar and is a member of its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section, and its Economics and Management of Law Practice Section.
Vice President of Florida Land Development for Drummond Company
Mass became a director in May 2010. Mass has been the Vice President of Florida Land Development for Drummond Company, Lakeland Florida since 2005. 1996 to 2005, he was Senior Vice President of Development for Rendina Companies, a medical real estate development company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. From 1991 to 1996 Mass was President of Palm Beach Financial Group, providing independent consulting for real estate development, golf course and residential construction in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Michael C. Becker, CPA
President, of Michael C. Becker & Co., CPAs
Becker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan College in 1973 and attended graduate school at Manhattan College and Florida Atlantic University. After graduation, Becker acquired years of extensive hands-on, practical business experience. In 1983, Michael was licensed as a Florida CPA. Michael is a Peer Review Team Captain with the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) Peer Review Program and currently serves on the Peer Review Committee of the FICPA.
Becker also holds a Series 7 registered representative license. The license is held with H.D Vest, a division of Wells Fargo. Additionally, Michael has extensive fire service experience and expertise and earned a degree in Fire Science. Appointed to the Fire Dept. of New York (FDNY) in 1973, he was assigned to Engine Co. 48 in the Bronx. Engine Co. 48 was one of the busiest companies in the city for a number of years providing a substantial amount of hands-on fire ground experience. In 1976 Becker was appointed to the Metro-Dade Fire Dept. (now Miami-Dade). Becker served with the Miami-Dade Fire Dept. for 31 years and retired as a Chief Fire Officer.
Dave Gutmann was appointed to the GelTech board of directors in June 2015. Mr. Gutmann brings over 25 years of domestic and international executive and sales leadership experience at companies including Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company.
Mr. Gutmann is currently serving as a consultant to GelTech and has been instrumental in creating and implementing scalable sales and marketing methodologies and solutions.
Victor Trotter was appointed to the GelTech board of directors in April 2016. Since 2004, Mr. Trotter has been the President and Technical Director of Trotter Controls, a product development and automation control systems company located in Fort Worth, Texas. As a highly talented engineer and entrepreneurial business owner, Mr. Trotter has developed extensive relationships in the over 25 years he has been directly involved in the Wildland fire industry.
